Is Innovative Mentoring right for our program?
It is web-based program-management software for youth mentoring organizations. It connects participant records, matching, match support, activities, surveys, outcomes, and reporting in one system.
Innovative Mentoring supports one-to-one, group, and multiple-match mentoring models. Organizations can also manage multiple initiatives and some related youth programs in the same system.
The current product and market focus is youth mentoring program management. Organizations looking primarily for employee career development or enterprise talent programs may be better served by a corporate mentoring platform.
The current pricing page includes unlimited matches with every plan.
Organizations can configure fields and labels around the information they collect. The amount and frequency of configuration support may depend on the selected plan.
How does the program work day to day?
Yes. Available forms can feed information into the database, and surveys can support program evaluation. Included quantities and additional costs vary by plan.
Staff can see who is waiting, review program-defined matching and non-matching attributes, and manage one-to-one, group, and multiple-match relationships. Staff retain judgment and final control.
Reporting can cover waiting and matched participants, demographics, match duration, communications, activities, hours, surveys, and custom fields. Specialized reporting may require additional scope.
No. Innovative Mentoring can help keep program data organized and accessible for funder reporting, but funding decisions depend on many factors outside the software.
What does getting started involve?
Data import is available for eligible sources. Scope, preparation requirements, timing, and fees depend on the source and complexity.
Every plan includes self-guided video training and support by email or support ticket. Guided setup, phone support, webinars, and in-person training vary by plan.
The Mentor Portal gives mentors a focused way to submit activities and notes and view limited information made available to them.
How are trust and commercial details handled?
Yes. Authorized users access the software through a supported web browser and internet connection.
Review confirmed database protections on the Security page, including Azure SQL hosting, encryption, access controls, and separate production, staging, and development environments.
