Youth Mentoring Initiative (YMI) is creating a thriving mentoring community in Fishers, Indiana based on Founder Darren Heil’s vision to “bring the community around the school systems and to create specialized mentor programs to meet the critical needs of their students.”

Partnership with Innovative Mentoring

This impactful school-based mentoring program has partnered with Innovative Mentoring Software since 2014. In that time YMI has doubled in size, growing from 5 staff members to over 10. YMI continues to grow, with the goal of providing mentoring to 600 students in grades 5-12 by 2020. Knowing YMI’s dedicated work, we believe they will achieve this important goal.
